Description:
Tool to indicate position of the sample before chamber door is closed. Height measurement facility integrated into BallisticSEM software. Device automatically inserted when chamber door is opened.

Specification:
Interfaces to Quanta 600. Other models on request. Requires USB or serial connection to interface to BallisticSEM software. Standard height accuracy 100µm on non-specular surfaces. Other accuracies by special order.
